Infinity International Investments is a Philadelphia-based real estate investment and development company. We acquire, finance, rehabilitate, develop, and manage single-family and small multifamily properties, with a focus on creating quality housing and long-term value.
Founded in 2007, Infinity International Investments began as a value investor in Philadelphia real estate and has grown into a platform for multiple investment and community-development ventures. Our mission is to transform undervalued and underused properties into quality housing while generating sustainable returns and strengthening Philadelphia neighborhoods.

Our Founders
Anita Garimella Andrews
Anita Andrews leads finance, transactions, strategic planning, and investor relations for Infinity International Investments. Since co-founding the company in 2007, she has helped structure and execute approximately 100 real estate financing transactions and oversees the firm’s investment and fund initiatives. Anita holds a B.A. from New York University and an M.S. in Computer Science from Stanford University. She has also been recognized as a Philadelphia Business JournalRising Star.
Erwin Anthony Andrews, Jr.
Erwin Andrews leads real estate acquisition, development, construction, and brokerage activities for Infinity International Investments. A licensed real estate broker, he brings extensive experience identifying value in Philadelphia’s single-family and small multifamily markets and overseeing projects from acquisition through completion. Erwin holds a B.S. in Real Estate and Finance from Temple University, has completed construction-management training, holds OSHA 30 certification, and is a United States Air Force veteran.
