Infinity PHL Housing Fund

Infinity PHL Housing Fund I is a $5 million real estate impact fund focused on acquiring, rehabilitating, and preserving family-sized rental homes in Philadelphia. The Fund combines disciplined acquisition, conservative underwriting, and long-term ownership to pursue competitive, risk-adjusted returns while expanding the supply of quality housing.

For nearly two decades, we have identified and repositioned undervalued single-family and small multifamily properties in Philadelphia. We manage the full process—from acquisition and financing through rehabilitation, construction, leasing, and sale—using hands-on execution to create lasting value.

Community Development

We partner with public agencies and community organizations to transform vacant and underused land into new housing and homeownership opportunities. Our work with the Philadelphia Land Bank and Turn the Key program currently includes the ground-up development of six family-sized homes in West Philadelphia.
